Enterprise Digital Solutions
Enterprise Digital Solutions

Overview
The company began with enterprise communication services such as ringback tones and 400 numbers. As needs grew, customers asked for websites, mini programs, e-commerce, and software. At first we referred these to external vendors, but as similar requests kept appearing, I realized that customers wanted more than a single product — they needed a reliable partner for ongoing digitalization.
That led us to build our own digital products and delivery capability.
The Challenge
SME clients vary widely in budget, complexity, and delivery needs — no single product fits all.
I developed a tiered approach: mature SaaS for simple, budget-sensitive needs; established telecom capabilities for standard communication; mature products or custom development for e-commerce and distribution by budget; our own team for complex software. The principle was to pick the most suitable solution, not to build everything ourselves.
Solution
The portfolio started with ringback tones and 400 numbers, then expanded step by step into corporate websites, WeChat accounts/microsites, mini programs, e-commerce, distribution, custom software, and larger digital transformation projects (see the expansion flow below).
These are not fixed bundles: customers choose combinations by real need, and we configure by complexity, budget, and delivery. A typical client might start with a few-hundred-yuan communication need and later expand into 400 numbers, a website, custom systems, or larger projects; in long-term relationships, clients have even referred other businesses to us.
Service Expansion
Implementation
As founder and the person responsible for the business, I was involved across the whole process — customer discovery, product design, sales, solution design, project management, technical decisions, team management, client relationships, and delivery.
The team reached roughly 30 people across technology, sales, and other functions. This was a long-term B2B business and delivery practice, not merely a product-design exercise.

Deliverables
Over years of practice, the company built digital product and service capability across budgets, complexity, and growth stages.
From standardized products to custom software, from rapid delivery to large solutions, I accumulated extensive B2B experience in communication, discovery, sales, solution design, and project management — an important foundation for my later AI products and digital solutions.
Takeaway
My B2B experience did not start with AI. It started with years of working directly with real business customers — understanding their problems, budgets, decisions, and what solutions they actually needed. That became the foundation for my later work in AI products.
